Kalbomatas

An online platform for learning Lithuanian, designed for adults whose first language is not Lithuanian and for Lithuanian heritage schools abroad. Learning is built around reading and listening to texts: unfamiliar words can be looked up in the built-in dictionary, reviewed with flashcards and practised in conversation with a chatbot. The platform is currently in closed beta: access is granted after an application on the website has been reviewed, testing is free, and there are no paid plans yet. An A1–C1 course syllabus with topics and tasks for each level is published on the website, and a free level test is also available; the developer plans to release iOS and Android apps later.
